At the moment, our lives are flooded with information about the Coronavirus and many tech companies are doing what they can to help people find reliable information and cope with the changes happening around the world.
YOUTUBE - is highlighting authorative coronavirus coverage on its homepage
SNAPCHAT - has added filters encouraging handwashing and social distancing, as well as launching their new "HERE FOR YOU" feature which will show mental health resources when people use search terms such as COVID-19 or coronavirus
And FACEBOOK is providing links to government health websites to encourage people to use reliable sources of information.
Remember to use reliable sources online to get your information, and not websites that use fear to get more clicks.

We are open for business - and because of the pandemic we've had to make a few small changes in store.
- Social distancing is in effect - when you come into the store our staff will maintain a social distance of 1.5m.
- We would prefer card payment - we're disinfecting our eftpos terminals regularly, so please avoid cash payments.
- We've always been obsessive about keeping our store clean, but we've stepped it up with extra hand washing and sanitising, and we're disinfecting surfaces multiple times a day.
- With so many people preparing to work or study from home, we are a bit busier than usual in store. Please be patient, our team will help you as quickly as they can. You can also shop online.
- We have a brand new website with a redesigned Click & Collect store! New products are being added every day and our Tech Tuesday specials are easy to find. For example, our special today is on NVS Screen Cleaning Kits which are usually $39.95. They're are just $20 this week, so you can keep your computer, tablet and smart phone screens nice and clean.
