Which payment methods are accepted?We accept payments from virtually all credit cards . Your payments are processed securely by eWAY.

How long until I can collect my order?Stock may be available for same day collection, however processing of orders can take up to 7 days based on stock availability. You'll be notified via email when your order is ready for collection in store. Please note that there may be delays on rare occassions. Please feel free to contact us at any time to check the status of your order.

Is my credit card safe? Yes indeed. We take security seriously and don't save any credit card related information in our database. All payment information is securely handled by eWAY.

What exactly happens after ordering? After ordering you'll receive an order confirmation and tax invoice via email. After the order has been processed it may be available for same day collection, however processing of orders can take up to 7 days based on stock availability. You'll be notified by email/phone when your item is ready for collection in store.

Will I get an invoice for my order? Yes, you'll recieve a system generated tax invoice by email soon after you place the order.

Can I cancel my order?If you'd like to cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, please contact us.
